Eligible applicants who submitted a successful Expression of Interest are invited to submit a full application. This is a summative evaluation to assess the impact of the UK-PHRST to date, including progress made against outcomes across the programme’s lifespan, its contribution to sustainable enhancement of outbreak response capacity in LMICs, and evidence of value for money.
