Støtte til bredbåndsutbygging i Nordland fylke

The page explains that "Fylkeskommunene har et helhetlig forvaltningsansvar for den statlige bredbånds støtteordningen som ledd i regionsreformen" (the county authorities have full administrative responsibility for the state broadband support scheme as part of the regional reform), with an annual amount allocated over the state budget and distributed to the counties by a fixed distribution key.
