Fairer Life Chances

Fairer Life Chances is a funding programme of The National Lottery Community Fund for projects in Scotland. It funds projects that support children, young people and families, or that help people be healthier with better access to support. The page states funded projects should achieve at least one of these outcomes: "children, young people and families to thrive" and "people have better relationships, connections and physical or mental health." The page also states that "Your project should be designed with the people it's for, not just delivered to them."

Grants are for amounts from £20,001 to £500,000 for projects lasting up to 5 years. The page states that "Most grants we give will be for: £250,000 or less; £100,000 if your organisation has not had long-term funding before".

The programme status is "Open to applications", with a stated decision time of 12 weeks. Applications are made through the online application portal.
