People and Places

People and Places is a funding programme of The National Lottery Community Fund for Wales. It funds projects that work closely with people and communities, involving them in development, design and delivery, building on community strengths, understanding local context, and considering environmental impact. The page states projects must meet at least one community mission: helping communities come together, helping children and young people thrive, enabling healthier lives, or being environmentally sustainable. The page states: "Your project should be accessible and respond to the issues that matter most to your community."

Grants are for amounts from £20,001 to £500,000. The page describes two application types: medium grants use a "one-stage application process" and large grants use a "2 stage application process".
